Step 1: Check Tire Pressure
Start by checking the tire pressure in all four tires of your Hyundai Palisade. Use a tire pressure gauge to measure the pressure in each tire. Refer to the owner's manual or the sticker inside the driver's door jamb for the recommended tire pressure for your vehicle.
Step 2: Inflate Tires
If any of the tires have low pressure, inflate them to the recommended pressure level. You can use an air compressor at a gas station or a portable tire inflator to add air to the tires.
Step 3: Start the Vehicle
Start your Hyundai Palisade and allow it to run for a few minutes. The tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) will automatically recalibrate as you drive.
Step 4: Drive the Vehicle
Drive your Hyundai Palisade at speeds above 20 mph for about 10 minutes. This will allow the TPMS to register the new tire pressures.
Step 5: Check Tire Pressure Light
After driving, check if the tire pressure light in your Hyundai Palisade has turned off. If the light is still on, repeat the above steps to ensure all tires are properly inflated.
