Check Power Supply
Make sure the air cooler is properly plugged into a working power outlet. Check the power cord for any damages or loose connections. If the power supply is working fine, move on to the next step.
Clean the Air Filter
Turn off the air cooler and unplug it from the power source. Locate the air filter in the cooler and remove it carefully. Clean the air filter with a soft brush or rinse it with water to remove any dust or debris. Let the air filter dry completely before putting it back in the cooler.
Inspect the Cooling Pads
Check the cooling pads for any signs of clogging or dirt buildup. If the cooling pads are dirty, remove them from the cooler and clean them thoroughly. You can use a mild detergent or vinegar solution to clean the cooling pads. Allow the cooling pads to dry completely before reassembling them in the cooler.
Check Water Level and Pump
Ensure that the water level in the air cooler is adequate for proper cooling. If the water level is low, refill the tank with fresh water. Inspect the water pump to see if it is working correctly and delivering water to the cooling pads. If the water pump is dysfunctional, it may need to be replaced.
Inspect the Fan Blades
Turn off the air cooler and unplug it for safety. Carefully remove the front cover of the cooler to access the fan blades. Check the fan blades for any obstruction or damage that may affect airflow. Clean the fan blades with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or debris.
